Office Policy

Can I complete my patient forms before my appointment?

Yes! In fact, we encourage you to complete your paperwork prior to your appointment as it will save you time and help streamline your experience. Please visit our patient forms page to access your forms online.

What insurances do you accept?

We work with many dental insurance providers, as well as several third-party financing groups, to help you receive quality dental care. We also offer an in-house financing plan for patients without insurance. For more details, please visit our financial options page or speak with a member of our team.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call our office at 509-737-8700 as soon as possible. If you contact us after our regular hours, there will be a recording with instructions on what to do and who to contact. For information on common dental emergencies, you can also visit our emergency dental care page.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Each patient who visits Ideal Dentistry is important to us, and we schedule carefully to ensure that your appointment is reserved for you and that you will have the time needed to receive the best care possible. We understand that there may be times where you need to change your appointment, and we ask that you contact our office no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please try to avoid last-minute cancellations whenever possible.
